Yar! Week 3! This week's assignment was using basic shapes and incorporating them into 3 pirate characters while creating a character line up. This image was hard work near the end (for it was another full week of work) but the push felt good and I think it turned out well. The wily granny pirate is my favorite (: .

CGMA - Character Design For Animation - Week 2
Here we are, into week two! The assignment for this week was creating a medieval crusader(s) from the simple shapes that we used from week one: rectangle, circle, and square. We could use any shape, or all three. I chose just the circle and square. We were then to incorporate those basic shapes throughout our character designs. I went silly with this one and had the round bubbly crusader wield a dashing balloon sword again the square young crusader-in-training. I like the tools and brushes I used in Photoshop to create this image. :)

CGMA - Character Design For Animation - Week 1
Hurray! Yet another online classroom I venture into! Exciting! :D This time I am being taught by the talented Nate Wragg. The first week assignment was to create a monster from one of the three simple shapes: circle, triangle, or square. I chose... all three. I wanted double that to six monsters, but I worked about 45hrs this week and just didn't have enough time. There were a lot of shape sketches, believe me...
