Argh

Very frustrated and sad that I'm not uploading as often as I should ): . Here are the sketches that have piled up over the past few days. I'm running two jobs and school, though, so I guess I can't expect miracles, ha ha.

Thanks to Bobby Chiu's podcast for inspiring me to draw this :P . Yes, he inspired, but inspiring me to draw this perticular fella? I dunno. Chiu works in mysterious ways...

Once again, I got caught up in being busy *sigh* .. So here are some sketches to tide you over. :)

OH-EM-GEE!

Are you as excited for the completion of my film as Toby is?! :D Ha ha, yea it's getting close to crunch time. Only 9 weeks left.. and I have 20 some scenes to go :P .

Trixie's just a little flirtatious character I decided to throw color onto (: . It's nice every now and then to do actually line art and colouring :P .

The Collaborative Trio

I did some colouring this morning; a bit of a warm up, you could say. It's for a monthly challenge (Click me to see where O: ). And yes, that is a piece of macaroni that the macaroni penguin is leaning against. I can be lame sometimes :P .

Ink, Pencil.. It's All Good

No colour today, for Jenna. But I'll post something fun tomorrow, no worries :) . And looks! There's some anime style in there. How'd that happen ha ha. Looks good for someone who's really rusty with that style. It's been a while...... Also, we were using ink pens in life drawing class this week and... well..... life drawing is not my favorite class, to say the least :P . The flow of the pen has it's ups and downs (: .

Better and Better

I think I'm getting better and better at this colouring thing. The fabric on the devil guy's outfit was a new challenge too. Fun, though (: . I honestly got most of the inspiration and such for these from picking up a magazine that caught my eye the other morning. I bought it completely bu impulse because i wanted to draw what was inside.

Strange Santa

I was practicing watercolouring in Painter... erm...... I tried? (: > He was a good character design, though. Also, I played around a bit with a macaw and a lizard. Pretty basic (: . And I drew it all with my tablet and everythin' :D (the macaw, not the lizard. He was stolen from my sketches heh heh)

From Bus to Bus

I spent a good amount of hours riding the buses around yesterday for no reason other than to draw the random folks that came and went :P .

Cockapoodle!

Ha ha ha, no it's not a new slang for SURPRISE! It's a little thing I have created that is both poodle and rooster. Oh, the things my imagination conjures... (plus, some bus sketches. Bonus! :O)

Think-Pink

Just some more sketches and colour practice. But I also decided to work with colouring/drawing wildcats. Their fur patterns can be tricky.

DILL-IMINATION!

Heh. Just thought I would take on a challenge from a friend and create this. Dill-imination? Elimination? Play on words, whatever :P .. I haven't done a full blown concept pic in so very long and it was fun to do it again.

Slow Days

Apologies for missing a couple of days of submitting pics. I did draw, as I do almost everyday, I just didn't upload and make look presentable :P . So here ya go. I was playing around with colour, shading, and techniques once more.
