*ehem* On a more serious note, here are some anthromorphic character designs. I started out liking Scuth my cardinal but in the end I favour Trix the fox more so (: . Especially her expression page. I can't stop looking at it sometimes, it so awesome :D .

Back In Action

So sorry for the long long break, but.. long story short, my school had and kinda still has some financial issues so the old building was evicted and we had no school for a week. However, now some space has been found for us to work in to finish up the year. So I am very glad (: .Very very much so..

Anywho! I've brought some progress I think you'll enjoy: my pan walk cycle! Hurrah! :D The background resolution may not be ideal, but it was the best that could be done. Panning the thing was ridiculous but it got sorted out. Hope ya like my lil angry fella, ha ha.

Also, along with an animation, I give you a character design assignment. We had to create a sort of side character from an animated movie or series. Since I am very fond of Cat's Don't Dance, I made Tips, a loveable wannabe that hitches the bus and follows after Danny. Tips wants to be everything that Danny is and lovingly looks up to him as a role model. Regretably, some of Tips designs and poses could have done better.. Sorry about that. Just not feeling my drawings these days ): .

The Tablet's Back!

Finally figured out that my drawing tablet is not entirely screwed due to the crack on the surface. Before when I tried to draw the quality of me drawing a line for example across the screen was choppy. So I realized today that the Wacom CD was not installed in my computer.. Problem solved :P . So now I can do stuff with it again, hurrah! :D . Here is just a crummy colouring job I did (it is now 4am..) this morning with Sketchbook. The program can be a little tricky, so I might just switch back to Paintshop Pro for colouring pictures.. just a little easier.

One Day Later

Wow, didn't think I'd be back this fast, did ya? Ha ha. Yes, I finally cleaned up my hand animation last night because I forgot the main components of my layout assignment at school.. This is just a small animation but I was just fiddling around on my own. Not to mention, it helped that while making this skit I could just look at my hand for reference, twisting and moving it to how I wanted it to. Very useful but next time I do an extra assignment I'll use my imagination and know how of animating :P .

The Madder the Hatter...

It's been so long! Ha ha, I missed posting on this thing.. but never fear! I come bearing new and exciting products :D . Firstly, there is my first walk cycle featuring the Mad Hatter from Alice in Wonderland (next walk cycle we make and use our own character). It was either him, Piglet, or Gadget from Rescue Rangers.. The other two didn't seem to interest me as much as the Mad Hatter. They either seemed to simple/easy or they were just blah and unamusing :P . I went totally abstract with his stride.. I did not actually see it turning out like this, but it still looks like it works with his character (: .
The next bit is a layout assignment where the class had to draw one out of three choice scenes and I picked a little boy's room. A pirate theme was my selection because you don't see a lot of little boys with such a room theme. I went all out though putting pirate business where ever possible. The bed has got to be my favorite (: .
