Rotation Rotation

At first, I hadn't planned on uploading/showing these, but since it's slow these days, I thought what the heck. So here are a couple of character rotations. One just the head, the other full body. I prefer the full body. More detail, more interest, etc. Enjoy!

Tic.. A-toc..

So.. Finally another animation. This assignment dealt with slowing in and out plus making sure the clock ticked in seconds in relation to an actual clock.. Not much to say about this assignment, it was fairly easy :/ . Thus, giving me more time to work out an animation on my own (: . Can't wait til it's done and ready to be shown!

Double The Fun

Yeah.. It's been a while, has it not? After much procrastination, I give you my next couple of animation assignments. One is basically a bowling ball falling off a box, the other is a balloon falling down from the sky with a bit of a wind to carry it down. The bowling ball assignment was pretty simple, however, the balloon carried a bit more grief with it. Can't drag myself down too much about it though, cause apparently I did really well :P . In the end, here is what I got. Hope they're satisfactory.

Something to Tide You Over

... So the furnace is officially toasted. No school today. Here I am uploading some pics that I drew over the break, however. Hope you like! :)

X-mas Cheer

Ok, here are the drawings I was supposed to show before the last post.. Assignment: Draw from a selection of classical Christmas characters. I chose Rudoplh the Red-Nosed Reindeer, Santa, and a kid on Christmas morning.. Rudoplh of course, being my favorite, but I also like how Santa's head came out. Enjoy (: .

Not-So-Epic Rudolph

Ha ha.. Yeah, I know I shouldn't have put up my sketches/rough drawings first, but here I go, putting up a coloured pic of my once-epic Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer. I say this because I think he looked better as a rough because I had to fight with my Wacom tablet because it was being choppy and slow when I was drawing the cleaned-up lines >:( . Very unhappy.. But I just went through with it and voila. Here it is. Hope you can like it without noticing the screwy lines here and there (I shrunk it some so you can't really noticed the troubles I was having with my drawing tablet :P .. You don't want to know what it looked like before hand :S ).

And Now, What You Have All Been Waiting For...

Ta-da! After many weeks (3 I believe, but a good amount none the less) I give you my latest and greatest animation project: The Exploding Puppy! Ha ha.. Hey, I thought it was cute :P , in a morbidly funny sort of way.. He just so happened to catch a a stick of dynamite thinking it was a bone and.. well, you can guess the rest. Such effort went into this, so proud (although if I had another week, it could've been a bit more polished, sufficed to say ): . I just HAD to throw in those little extras like the fuse burning or the tail wagging.. Bah. Still looks good (: .








Also, as a bonus, I've got my final set of three-sided shape animals: a dog, cat, and a deer. FINALLY. Now we can go back to normal character design (: . My favorite is either the cat or deer, can't decide.
